Registrant FAQ's

If you have previously registered for an activity on our website, you have an account. Your username will be the email to which your registration receipt was sent.
If you have participated in a Horizon CME educational activity in conjunction with another conference or meeting, you likely already have an account. Your username will be the email with which you registered for the conference or meeting.
Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner of the website. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?".
All receipts can be found under Profile > My Dashboard > My Orders.
All course materials can be found within My Account > My Dashboard. The course materials for a particular activity will vary depending on whether the activity dates are upcoming, currently active, or have passed. Click on the appropriate event tab within "My Dashboard" to access the course materials.

Course materials for "Upcoming Events" will be posted the day before the activity start date. Online access to course materials for "Past Events" will last 30 days beyond the last day of the activity.

Once you have completed the Final Evaluation for the activity, you will be redirected back to the Course Dashboard, where you will now see the various options for claiming credit located under the Event Materials.

Click on the type of credit you would like to receive and you will be directed to input the number of credit hours you would like to claim for the activity and click Claim & View Certificate.

Your online access to the course materials will last 30 days beyond the last day of the activity.
You will have access to your certificate as long as you retain your account on HorizonCME.com. You can find your certificates at any time under My Account > My Dashboard > Certificates.

Exhibitor FAQ's

Yes. Any exhibitor wishing to receive CE credit for attending an activity must also register for the activity as an attendee.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
